Removed a Metastatic Melanoma from my brain.
Dr. Vuong was called in after an MRI ordered immediately by the also wonderful attending ER Dr. Gustafson. Dr. Vuong did the neurosurgery the next day. He explained everything with pictures. I have had no pain nor any symptoms post op. I am having ongoing outpatient treatment with the impressive oncology dept. I would highly recommend Dr. Vuong & Sanford's entire team involved with my care.

Don't recommend this MD
Was told word for word that pain would not hurt me. He was rude and in a huge hurry. I understand being busy but when speaking to someone there are kinder ways to do it. Had a lumbar shunt revised by this md and it only literally lasted a week before becoming unhooked and my symptoms came fully back. Went to a different hospital in different state for a second opinion. They had me in surgery 1 day later and fixed my medical issues in three days.
