Very nice
Dr. Kerstetter was easy to talk to willing to answer any and all questions. My wife went to a different dermatologist for 5 years and NEVER saw the doctor. Kerstetter not only took her on as a new patient, but took care of her the same day. WOW.

Pawns me off to a PA most of the time. Dropped my biopsy specimen and recovered it in her pocket. Delayed biopsy of lesions that a year later were so deep that I had to have Mohs surgery in Pittsburgh and lost hair permanently on my scalp. Tells me my scalp itch is nerve pain, when it is chronic dry skin. Husband is still waiting for an appointment with strange lesions on his leg, but she won't see new patients quickly.

Horrible experience. Rude. Curt. Didn't listen to any of my concerns. She dismissed my concerns, and left the room. With me in a gown. No full body check even with a histroy.

Was sent to Dr Kerstetter to receive treatment another local derm did not provide, and she worked with me, and is extremely educated on my rare skin disease. This is excellent for those in this local rural area!

Failed epically. Was prescribed unnecessary medicine that almost put me in hospital. Went to Pittsburgh by my own doing to see specialist, was given correct medicine, and was told never to see kerstetter again, ever. Was told she should not be a doctor.
