Her long fingernails made me a bit nervous, especially as I worked in healthcare and the concern for spread of bacteria with the same.

Very good bed side manner. Truly informative and overall great experience.

Only reservation in recommending her was one week delay in her emailing me about actions recommended after Xrays

She is very pleasant and good doctor.

I have met Dr. Pryce multiple times and she came in and introduced herself and had no idea why I was there for a visit or what we had talked about in the past.

The doctor was nice but I felt she was more interested in the med student

It was mixed...I really like Dr. Shanay. She was nice and seemed very smart. What was off putting to me is I came in with a few concerns. She asked me to prioritize them and only dealt with two things. The other two weren't even discussed. I could tell it must be an insurance issue with keeping the appointment short. But I would much rather be billed more and only have to come in once. I don't want to be told we won't even talk about your other issues bc we don't have time. At least see what the issues are and read the whole info I gave the nurse so that you know if the conditions are trivial and can be dealt with later.

I cannot recommend a NEW doctor after just one visit...

While my appointment was comprehensive and the doctor listened to my concerns and discussed the next steps, I was not happy with the way the doctor responded to my test results. I had an unexpected issue on my x-ray and the doctor messaged me 2 days later with the concerning results stating, " The test showed _____ and there is no cure". She then said to continue with my medication and call if my symptoms got worse. I felt blindsided and would have preferred a phone conversation to discuss the results since they were totally unexpected. I do not feel that the doctor handled the situation with empathy or concern for my feelings.
