My very first visit went well, however after that Dr. Javed didn't seem to listen and spoke over me. Covid hit and telehealth started. My appointments were either cancelled or they were 1-2 hours behind to which I cancelled because I would make them on my lunch time. The first time this happened she had the audacity to leave a voicemail an hour and 45 mins past my appt time to let me know that she had called me twice, and I am putting her behind. If I show up to an appt 15 mins late, my appt will be cancelled and I will be charged a cancellation fee? Also, she seems to have no compassion for her patients.....

I love Dr Javed and her office staff. She's always compassionate towards me and gives good feedback. I never have to wait long and I don't feel rushed during my appointment. They have had to reschedule an appointment or two but I've cancelled appointments when not feeling well & they understand. I'm happy with my choice.

i’ve had a wonderful experience with Dr. Javed. unlike many docs nowadays, she looks at the patient and listens deeply. she thinks analytically without losing the human touch.

Made an appointment 2 months ago. Office called an hour and a half before my appointment time and cancelled my appointment. Cannot be seen now until August which is a wait time of another 2 months. After seeing these reviews, I am looking for another practice. Cancelling appointments seems to be common with this practice. So disappointing to see these reviews and actually experience the same thing myself.

My mom has been a patient of Dr. Javed's for almost two years. She seems to care when you with her. If you are not in the room with her, she doesn't exhibit any concern at all. She is constantly cancelling her appointments and we have to reschedule the original appointment and then reschedule the rescheduled appointment. This has occurred so often that I have lost track but I want to say it's happened 5 times. It always happens within 2 hrs of the appt. Yet I have to give a 24hr notice or pay $.

I started seeing Dr. Javed in 2007 after suffering severe pain for 14 months with psoriatic arthritis. Dr. Javed recommended I start Remicade infusions. Since then, I have been able to continue working a physical production job and maintain the lifestyle I'm accustomed to. Her staff is very helpful and friendly, especially Brittany the infusion nurse. Brittany is very caring and gentle with her patients.

She was kind and understanding about the issue I had, and she was able to quickly discern the severity of my condition. She was prompt and explained what medicine was being prescribed and risks associated with it, and why it as prescribed in such manner. Office staff was nice and quick to react to my questions and insurance needs, such as prior authorization.

I have been a patient of Dr Javed’s for 14years and the only complaint would be when they have to change my appointment. Once my appointment got changed twice. I see several doctors and changing my appointment isn’t always easy. Seems to be getting better though and I love dr Javed. She listens to her patients and explains things to you. It is important for a doctor to listen to his/her patients and for the patients to listen to her.

Coming in with worsening pain with movement, along with abnormal lab results, I was expecting some sort of treatment options or at least someone to offer a prognosis. All I got was "You're labs were probably always abnormal, but were never checked. There's nothing wrong with you." Terrible experience. I wouldn't recommend anyone see this doctor! Bedside manner was deplorable, and the office staff was equally uncaring. What a waste of time and money.

She seems lazy in her practice. Inattentive to complaints. Didn't even bother acting like she cared about anything. I would NOT recommend this woman. With the number of good doctors out there, don't waste your time with this one. She has absolutely NO bedside manner and no clue on how to actually listen to her patients.

Rude, condescending. Readily placed blame on external sources for possible nefficiencies within her office. Provided her explanation of my condition to my surgeon who informed me her diagnosis was ridiculous, had no merit.
