My experience with her personally and her office staff was absolutely horrible. Not knowledgeable about my condition, which she finally admitted to me. Unsuccessful with treatment options. Bad reaction to medication, had headache for a week and could not reach her after she said she would be available to meet with me. Poor patient response all around. Doesn't take feedback very well. Don't recommend.

I had Baez-Torres in 2012. Had my MD recommend another Neurologist. Was VERY unhappy with her "bedside manner\lack there of"! I had seizures for 17 years and thy had become to the point of not being under control. All she kept wanting to do was add more medication which started making it very difficult for me to work or even think properly! I would NEVER recommend her!!!!

After waiting over 1 hour the doctor saw me for about 5 minutes. She was very sweet...However, after her "exam" she left the room to write an order. Never returned. Instead her nurse came in and handed me orders for labs & test. I was unable to ask the doctor any questions. I will not return.

I have purposely scheduled her first appointment of the day to avoid waits. I have had two appointments and have had to wait an hour to see her each time. I have found her to be knowledgeable, warm and caring but very inefficient in the way she runs a practice.

Very poor service and unfriendly! Your messages never get to the doctor and phone calls never get returned. When you have a medical illness as epilepsy it is not okay for them to wait weeks to get back to you in regards to results to test or anything regarding your patient information. Would definitely not recommend this doctor or her staff!!

Doctor Torres was the first Nuerologist that took time to listen and give me options on treatment. Very kind and feel confident being under her care.

Impersonal. On the 2nd appointment (which we waited months for...), I (daughter of patient) arrived 30 minutes early. Patient (mom) and caregiver (dad) showed up 20 minutes late. Dad got lost. The late policy was 10 minutes late you're out. EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS THE LAST APPT OF THE DAY, I asked to see the Dr. by myself (as 2nd caregiver) since she was just giving us test results. She would not see me. When my 82-year old parents arrived, they were told to reschedule, one month later.

She never look at the overall information (medical file) that I brought to her. No testing, no time, no explanations. Extremely arrogant & disrespectful. It seems that she don't even know what she's doing & saying. Don't loose your time, money.....
