First time using the virtual visit and what a pleasant experience. Dr. Dunlop called back within 5 min of scheduling an online visit, knew right away how to treat my concerns and answer all my questions but most importantly listened to my concerns. Will use her again (if I get a chance)

I called Dr. Dunlop through Telehealth and was immediately satisfied with her friendly and quick demeanor. She listened to my problem and immediately had a resolution to my problem. I'll use her again if I have the chance.

Was a patient for a few years at her previous clinic at Vista & received awesome care and customer service. Now at this new practice, I have to leave multiple messages for my monthly prescriptions and twice have been left without my medication for over 10 days. When I asked why is it so hard to recieve a call to pick up my script, I was told that they are understaffed. I literally had to show up to have someone take the time to sign my prescription. Horrible to see a good Dr. have a bad practice

I have went to Dr. Dunlop for a couple years now and loved her. With the move of her clinic it is now impossible to get an appointment. I have called many times and left many messages and not received any phone calls back. I'm sad to be searching for a new Dr. At this point.

Dr. Dunlop is very complete in her evaluations and takes time to listen to my symptoms. She spends as much time with me as needed, even if it takes longer than normal.

I can't express how much I like & appreciate Dr. Dunlop as my Primary Care Provider. She is very sweet & kind. Dr. Dunlop is also very personable & understanding. She takes her time and you don't feel rushed. Dr. Dunlop actually care about how you are doing with life in general. Truly a great doctor and person. I've been to Kadlec Clinics before & felt like I was rushed & referred to unnecessary specialists. I'm glad I went back to Dr. Dunlop and feel foolish for ever seeing anyone else.
