extremely stubborn. I went to her after being diagnosed with multiple chronic illnesses looking for a letter to help with PE. she stated blatantly false information in the letter and refused to correct it when brought up. One example of this was stating I have no experienced a dislocation or subluxation in the letter--I have been to the hospital ER several times to correct subluxations and records of this we're available yet she refused to remove the line about subluxations not occuring. This was lazy and petty.
