She was the only Dr in 7 years that told me to have my son tested for Autism. He was finally diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. She has him on the right medications and he is having a wonderful year in school. I will always be grateful to Dr Yusuff.

helped this person with IT trouble and she was extremely rude, had to look her up in my free time to find out who she was and what types of reviews she was getting. definitely not a waste of time to find out that others felt the same way. terrible doctor. was the not the slightest pleasure speaking to her, much less than the feeling of hanging up.

Horrible Dr. Has not called and talked about our 15yr daughter once that was on a 72 hour hold at institute she is still there after 5 days just because Dr yusuff won't answer her phone from her boss to sign the papers

She treated my great-niece at Summit Ridge. Good luck in getting her to call you after the child is released. Been trying to talk with her for over a month. Now the child is out of meds and still can't get the dr. to call us back. Beware of her if her want help in treating your child.

I wouldn't recommend that anyone come here. Simply for the lack of professionalism. Dr.Yusuff was 45 mins late to my son's appt. So we left and he was never seen. The secretary wasn't helpful either, all she said is the Dr. is on the way. If I could give 0 stars, I would!!!!!!

My experience with Dr. Shelly Yusuff is not through her private practice but rather Summit Ridge Hospital where she is the Psychiatric doctor. I wont go into specifics about the hospital but do your research on this facility. I spoke with the Dr. 3 times about my daughters condition. Each time she did not have her chart in front of her, gave me incorrect information, mixed her up with other patients and had not idea about her medication. Incompetence is the best word.

We made an appt for our son for ADHD, appt making was easy, got an appt 2 days later. First appt we waited 2 hours to see her. Second appt we waited 2.5 hours. I've needed a note typed up for a MONTH, I'm just getting it tomorrow (so they say). They have went through 4 office staff members, 2 office managers in just 2-3 months. No ONE knows what the other is doing. Yes its easy to get an appt, but after waiting all that time, you are rushed in the back. Just be warned.

When I went to my son's schedule appointment which was confirmed over the phone, they had no record of the appointment. They did squeeze me in after a 2 hour wait.Then 2 weeks afters taking prescribed medicine I was concerned about an side effect my son was having doctor Yusuff was not in the office when I called but was reassured she would call me back after I explained my concern with this side effect never got a call back. I now have a new doctor
