Dr. Sherissa Charles, MD

I absolutely love Dr. Charles and the staff!! The whole process was timely from Signing in to the check-up. Everybody was so friendly it was like I'd been going there for years and it was my first visit. This was the best doctor visit I ever had I typically kind of shy away from doctors' appointments because of the long waits and I always felt awkward with the whole visit but felt right at home. Among other things, nurse Vicky who took my labs is absolutely amazing, and I look forward to coming back for my follow-up appointment in April.

My mother is one of the most important people in my life, naturally her health and care is vital to me. I thought it would be difficult to entrust anyone in the medical system, until I met Dr. Charles and her staff. Dr. Charles was kind, empathetic, attentive to detail, and showed true passion in her work. My mother felt comfortable speaking with her and sharing her medical history. She did not have a ridiculously long wait time, nor did she feel rushed during her visit. Her nurses Shakira and Vicky were welcoming, respectful and diligent. She was even assigned a patient navigator, Geraldine, who ensured Dr. Charles received any information she may have needed from her previous physician, to give my mother appropriate care. This team's workflow was impeccable and I am forever grateful for the care and treatment they have given my mother.
