On my last visit Dr. Farag was okay but did not order any blood work and did not schedule my next appointment (She knew she was was leaving Lee Health on August 28th for reasons unknown). So this has left me without a doctor, no blood work and no med refills. Very poor treatment of a patient.

She knew about my conditions BEFORE we even sat down, (a + for me) , answered EVERY QUESTION , took time to explain every detail to me & my wife. So much so she book a Appointment on the spot! You could say if your from the Northeast, like we are where Specialists are KING, Dr. Sherry, is your ONE STOP SHOP!

I found dr farag to be personable and knowledgable. However she has cancelled 3 appt I had made with her. I have requested a new dr. I do not mind seeing the ARNP once a year. As they want me in every six months I want my physical with the dr. So far this has not happened.

Dr. Farag has a great personality, takes her time with me and explains complex issues in a way I can understand. She always responds quickly to emails in the MyChart system. I would recommend her to my entire family and anyone I know. Her NP Amanda White is also excellent. I have complex medical issues and she was the first doctor to really sit and listen and think outside of the box to help me regain my health.

Dr. Farag seemed knowledgeable when I had my appointment but I was disappointed when she sent my prescriptions to a pharmacy. She did not list the proper dosage on two medicines that I had transferred from my doctor up north. I have tried twice to reach her via My Chart and I still haven't heard from her. The lack of communication and inattention to detail are causing me to look for another physician.
