Dr. Sheryl De La Motta-Murray, MD

Yesterday was my first visit with Dr. De La Møtta, as my previous primary. physician retired. Dr. De La Møtta took the time to explore my various health issues and concerns, reviewed my medications, had her staff do an EKG at my request and otherwise demonstrated competence and compassion. I'm glad I followed the recommendation of our previous doctor, who suggested Dr. De La Motta.

It took me three years to finally find a doctor who really cares about and knows me. When my original doctor retired I did not hit it off with his replacement. Thank goodness I was able to find Dr. de La Motta. She helped finally to stabilize my thyroid issues and has also worked to really get me on track for a healthy lifestyle. She listens, takes her time and truly cares.

Her kindness, caring and sincere manner of patient interaction was evident upon first meeting.

She really listens to what you have to say. Never rushes you, Boise over any concerns you may have.

Dr. De La Motta is a wonderful physician. She listens and is very kind. Her calm manner, medical knowledge and professionalism shine through!

I think Dr Sheryl is fantastic. She listens and answers your questions. I also love that they have their own lab in the office. Negative would be that I request re-fills through the portal and don't hear back. Sometimes one of the members of the office staff is extremely short if you ask questions.

She treats the whole person not just an ailment. Takes time to listen and has a great bedside manner thoughtful yet informative on health issues..Iam moving and wish I could keep her as a doctor

Dr. de la Motta-Murray has exceptional manner She knew about my history before starting the visit. Spent a long time going over my history and asking questions relevant to my care. I would recommend Dr. de la Motta- Murray’s care to everyone.

Best PCP ever!

Dr. Murray had been my Doctor for over 20 years until she left Metro Atlanta and moved to Florida. She is knowledgeable, informative, kind, patient and compassionate. She listens and is respectful of your ideas and thoughts on your ongoing health plan. She is definitely missed!

Dr Murray is great! But the communication thru my chart messages does not work..my questions were very simple nobody answers for 5 days..the office staff is overwhelmed may be since the phone calls goes to messages. I guess the nurses are not checking the my chart messages. In my chart it says you will be answered within 48 hours..which is not the case and this is very frustrating.this communication issue is the only reason I swiched to nch from phys.regional. but again it is the same thing with nch.

Had her for 15 years in GA. Thorough, caring and best bedside manner. Miss her so much.

She was absolutely the best doctor that I have ever had. She was always very patient and kind with a gentle spirit. I am devastated that she has moved to Florida.

Dr. Murray is the only doctor I've ever seen who really listened to my comments regarding things that were changing with my body. Every time, she was able to diagnose correctly the first time and or treat the ailment with the right course of action. I have been lost without her. Her move to Florida has left a gaping hole in my healthcare. She is an excellent doctor!

I’m grateful and thankful to God that Dr. Sheryl De La Motta-Murray is my Primary Care Provider. I have been a patient for over twenty years now, and she’s the absolute best doctor I could ever hope for. Her Medical expertise… kindness… compassion toward her patients and the way she listens to your concerns is not often seen in many other physicians. She is a very rare gem in the medical field…. I can’t even imagine Dr. Murray “Not” being my doctor. As I read the reviews…especially the “negative” ones… I can’t help but ask “Who are you talking about” . Dr. Murray is a wonderful doctor who genuinely cares about her patients. I would not hesitate to refer others to Dr. Murray’s , and I have referred many and they all love and appreciate her as do I.

I love, love, love Dr. Murray. She is very attentive to her patients; she is very kind and caring and she knows her medicine. She’s been my Primary Care Physician for over 20 years; has diagnosed each health concern and has found the correct remedy in every case. I cannot imagine any better physician than Dr. Murray.

I went to her with a problem of having a chronic cough and she placed me on medication that one of the side effects were chronic coughing. She does not refill prescriptions when out, do not receive calls from staff when I have a request in to her. Staff gets snippy when talking to them on the phone. I really do not need this extra stress that they produce. I am transferring dr's. Refuses refilling my meds when I am out and then can barely get them to answer the phones for an appointment.

I really like Dr Murray. I think she is a great doctor. The staff could be better. It is difficult to get an appointment as the phones go unanswered many times. Getting referrals is difficult as well. However Dr Murray is great. She listens and spends time with you.

Horrible. doesn't follow through with call in prescriptions, doesn't return any calls. Staff is horrible also. The office doesn't answer phones or return calls. I tried to get a referral for 3 weeks, went to office in person, left several messages & still nothing. 3 different nurses advised me referral would be done...now day of appt. with specialist..NOTHING!
