Horrible experience. I’ve been seeing him for over 8 months. He’s done numerous tests, then repeated the same tests and was unable to give a diagnosis , manage symptoms or help with my chronic issue. I had my records sent to him from a previous urologist, who retired. It included biopsy reports and photos that supported my chronic diagnosis. I was referred for management by my primary doctor. He ran so many tests, had me measured urine output TWICE, ultrasound TWICE and then a camera into bladder during a random appointment when I had no symptoms. Eight months later he tells me he doesn’t know how to treat the problem so follow-up with my primary or get another opinion. What a waist of time! Meanwhile I suffer. Scheduling was a big issue for me. I was rescheduled four appointments in a row that were cancelled “he’s in surgery” or “he’s out of the office” is a common reason for not keeping his confirmed scheduled appointments. I will be starting over with a new referral.

From the moment we walked in we felt like my dad’s care was important! We actually left with answers! Dr. Rosenberg was very thorough and I believe went above and beyond to meet my dads needs!

Dr Rosenberg has been taking great care of me. He is honest, informative and extremely up to date on all treatments available in the field of Urology. I trust him impeccably. He is kind and extremely caring. I’d recommend him to anyone who may have Urinary issues. He is the best

Beyond horrible

At check-in the staff was rude, impatient and unhelpful. When I finally got to see the doctor, his bedside manner was horrible. When he walked into the room, he said he wondered how I self-diagnosed my problem, saying, "What, you a doctor? If so, you don't need to see me." I said, "No, my primary care doctor put down my possible problem, not me." He went through a checklist of questions, and never offered me any feedback when done. He proceeded to examine me in a rather rough fashion. When I complained that he was hurting me, he said it shouldn't hurt and to hold still and continued on. When finished, he said there is not much that can be done with my condition, and then said, "See you in a few months. Pay attention if you get worse." I will never set foot in that doctor's office ever again, no matter how bad I get.
