Dr. Shilpa Thaker, MD

She has very little knowledge of medical conditions that afflict people, and she has very little knowledge of medications. She is mean to her patients and yells at them. She is not confidential as required by HIPAA. She is the worst doctor I have ever run into in my entire life. I do not recommend her if you want good medical care.

If I could give this office zero stars, I absolutely would do it without hesitation. I had an appointment booked three months out for today. They claimed that they called me last week and yesterday trying to confirm my appointment. But I only received one call, and that was while I was at work, last week which I called back and their office was closed. They claimed that they made a call yesterday, which I never received. They also claimed they sent out an email, which I have never received. Overall, they ended up canceling my appointment without notifying me, due to them over booking, but trying pin it off on me because I didn’t leave a voicemail. If you are waiting for an appointment, that’s three months out right now you might as well start looking for a different office. Fria Tokuz and the receptionist Jane (I’m not even sure that’s her name, because she already lied and said Fria’s last name was James) handled the situation very unprofessionally. I’ve never made a bad review online for and business, but this was the worst office experience I’ve ever had. They do not care about people’s money, time, or health.
