My husband had a 2 pm appointment. They said be there at 1:30. At 3:18 we walked out without being seen. The girls were more interested in whispering in the hallway than finding out why we were being kept waiting so long or how much longer it would be. Irony—- they had a sign in the window If it’s 10 minutes past your appointment time please let us know. Worst experience so far and definitely Won’t go back or recommend.

A GI Doctor brought to Dr. Daud's attention that I had a genetic disease that caused my COPD. He as well as others had misdiagnosed me. The genetic disease has weekly infusions to slow the lung damage. I could have been getting them for 20 years and not have to live such a restricted life. 2 visits in 3 months with Dr. Daud & he never brought it up. My guess he was never going to tell me. When I brought it up at the end of the 2nd visit he said there was a test for it jumped up wrote script for the test. Hurried out the door telling me I was good to go. Not come back in 3mos. or 6. I surmise he dismissed me because I knew about his costly blunder with my life. COWARD

Went to Dr.Daud about a lung nodule (small tumor) that I have. He ordered a CAT scan that showed a new nodule. His assistant left message to come back in a year. When I left several messages inquiring about the new nodule, they were not returned. I stopped by the office and staff told me twice that the doctor would call me to discuss the CAT scan results. Nobody bothered to call. Terrible communication with their patients.
