Dr. Joo is a wonderful Dr. She takes the time to listen to you and she figures things out that other Dr’s have not been able to. Her staff is very nice and helpful. Highly recommend Dr. Joo if you need an allergist.

I have been treated by Dr. Joo since she started her practice. Not only has she cured my allergies and all my numerous symptoms, she is the most informative, thoughtful, caring doctor I've been to. The office staff makes you feel like family the moment you walk in the door. It is an awesome practice of which I refer to all my family and friends to.

I LOVE DR JOO! She is the most thorough doctor I have ever been to, hands down. I've heard from other patients that she finds things that their primary care hasn't - including life saving heart problems! Their office bends over backwards to help their patients. As with every medical situation, patients need to make sure of their coverage and out of pocket expenses. Her office makes non-interest payment arrangements! This is a doctor who is out to help people, not make money.

It is honestly the friendliest doctor's office experience I've ever had! Dr. Joo is wonderful and will take the time to address all of your concerns and make sure that you find relief. The ladies that work in the office are the best! As much as I don't enjoy getting shots, I certainly don't mind going to Dr. Joo's office. I also refer every chance I get when friends, family, or even strangers are struggling with their allergies.

Dr. Joo goes above and beyond for her patients. She always takes time to listen and gets to the root of the problem! It is so nice to have a doctor that actually spends time with their patients and doesn't just rush them out the door. Her office staff is so friendly and always very accommodating with any scheduling issues or payment arrangements. I would definitely recommend Dr. Joo to anyone needing an amazing allergist!!

Dr. Joo is the top allergy specialist in her field. She is family oriented and cares about her patients and their families. She is always very pleasant. I imagine that is why her office staff is the same way. They bend over backwards to help you in any way that they can. Dr. Joo will be my allergist as long as I have to continue getting weekly shots.

I'm sure she's a fine doctor but she needs to hire a new office staff. One particular office person has no business working in customer service. They don't properly verify your insurance benefits either. If this doctor truly cares about her patients, she'd work to figure out why the face of the business side of her company is so rude and fix it, or get someone else.
