She was rude and inconsiderate. She did not take my concerns seriously and provided no help.

I went to her for my annual exam. I had concerns about my iud because I had a period that lasted 2 weeks, and cramping. She said the strings looked placed properly and didn’t check any further. I got pregnant that month with my son. I am happy to have him, but was in no place in my life to have another child. I’m disappointed in Dr. Lima for not doing a vaginal ultrasound which other doctors had done in the past to verify the iud was located in the right place. I wouldn’t recommend going to her.

Dr. Lima is approachable and caring and takes time to explain things in a way you can understand. I'm so happy and blessed she is our doctor!

This is the best Healthcare clinics I have ever been to... The staff is always smiling... I would definitely recommend... Dr. Lima is always so nice and knowledgeable... I enjoy going to my doctors vists... I came late in my pregnancy and she welcomed me with open arms... Thank you to the office staff and Dr. Lima for their excellent service!

Dr. Lima was very nice and answered all of my questions. I was nervous before the appointment but she made me feel comfortable.

Seemed like she didn't know what she was talking about, she was not very helpful after my miscarriage. I also got random bills from the office after I saw her. I've been going to the same office for years but this was the first time that I'd seen her and this was the first time that I got billed for it.

I highly recommend Dr. Lima for her patience and care. She explained everything and I look forward to see her on my next visit.

I absolutely love Dr. Lima!!! She is very Thorough & has wonderful bedside manner. When complications arose in my current & previous medical history, Dr. Lima was very professional and understanding. She never made me fell embarrassed or uncomfortable in any way. As a matter of fact, it was quite the opposite. She answered any and all my questions. When complications arise with my c-section, she took extra time to make sure that everything was put back into place correctly & communicated issues.

My 17-year-old daughter was a patient of Dr. Lima’s . My daughter went to the hospital with pain in her stomach a ultrasound showed that she had an 7 cm ovarian cyst . Dr. Lima told us that She would do the surgery and that it was 90% chance that my daughter would lose her ovary . I told her I would need a second opinion and she got mad and told me she would not do the surgery or refer us to another Dr. We went to Texas children’s hospital I’m happy to say my daughter has both ovaries .

I started seeing dr. Lima for my 2nd pregnancy at 4 wks. At 9 wks I started bleeding. Her office wouldn't squeeze me in or see me for the bleeding instead they told me to go to the er. I went 3 different times that week to the er until I was told I was having a miscarriage. At that point her office told me to come in 4 days later and I came in for appt. I waited 45 mins only to be told she wasnt in and to come back for blood work in 2 days. This was the worst experience& they did nothing to help

Very nice, took her time, explained things clearly and made me feel very comfortable.
