I’ve never experienced such a hostile doctor before. She seems completely disinterested in explaining herself or expressing any sort of compassion. What a scary woman.

Dr Stinson cared for my mother in the hospital she was rude and abrasive and showed no compassion towards my mother or her condition. We wouldn’t get updates until the very end of the day, They were very curt and she said “it was exhausting to have to answer my questions.” I felt heartbroken and helpless with my mother under her care watch out for this one!

Was admitted to Northwest Community Hospital for a congenital health issue that causes pancreatitis. Dr Stilson came to visit me as a Hospitalist and was not aware of my medical history. With in a moment of meeting her she proceeded to insult my lifestyle choices without knowing me or my medical history. I can take criticism but when I am being scolded from a stranger and in immense pain not to mention she didn’t once reference the issue I was admitted for !!!!!

Dr Stilson was assigned to me as a hospitalist at Northwest Community Hospital In Arlington hts, IL She was rude, condescending, and had the worst bedside manner I’ve ever seen in a medical professional. She never requested a consult with my pulmonologist for my severe chronic lung issues and instead insulted me directly for life choices that I have made in the past and other issues that I currently have little control over. It took nearly 48 hours for her to approve simple otc medications I requested (ibuprofen and Benadryl) and denied me my own prescription medications that are thoroughly documented in the hospital computer system from prior visits, based on her opinions only without regard or respect for me or my personal physicians with whom I’ve had extensive history. Had I known earlier that my pulmonologist wasn’t notified of my admission, I would have complained earlier, but I didn’t find that out until my full 3rd day in the hospital when I did make a formal complaint.
