very good at explaining any issues or questions. Dr. Woo took her time with me and made sure that I felt comfortable with any and all steps of my pregnancy and delivery. I knew I was in good hands...... wouldn't trust my pregnancies with anyone else.

I had one appointment with Shirley Woo, and believe me, once was enough to convince me not to go back. I made the appointment because I was having a gyne-related problem, and her office was close to where I live. She was cold & unprofessional. in my opinion. She seemed skeptical when I explained my symptoms, and the physical exam was downright painful, when I had never had that experience with an OB/GYN before. Met Dr. Woo this morning for a checkup. I was finished and out of her office 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, but didn't feel rushed at all. The receptionist and nurse were very friendly. Dr. Woo sat down and took the time to ask for a detailed medical history, as well as answering all of my questions. I can't wait to continue working with Dr. Woo and this practice!
