I've been in Dr. Sokitch's care for almost 10 years now, and I can gratefully say that my health has improved significantly over those years as a result! She is inquisitive and LISTENS to my answers, while also encouraging ME to listen to and understand that whatever my body has been trying to tell me/help me with, it is NOT betraying me. She suggests experimenting with changes to diet, movement, in a playful and gentle way, which can make just about anything more palatable. I feel at least ten years younger than I did when I begin working with Dr. Sokitch. I would recommend her without hesitation, and already have to many of my friends and clients over the years to rave reviews. If you're ready to feel your best: GO. SEE. HER!

Shiroko is a unicorn. I went to many doctors without answers or relief before I found her. Once I did, she was quickly able to diagnose me and begin treatment. She takes a holistic approach and is able to offer multiple ideas for how to approach a problem. Everything is tailored to the individual, and she takes the time to listen. Not only is she extremely skilled, she is a delight to be around. With her busy schedule, she somehow manages to respond to every text/email/phone call quickly. Truly the most authentic, dedicated, and caring doctor! I’d be lost without her.

I went to Dr. Sokitch on recommendation for my kids. I’m new to the area, and we used integrative medicine before. Her office is clean, and everyone working could not have been kinder to us. Dr Sokitch is patient, kind and totally professional. I felt no pressure or hurry, as one often feels in other dr offices. I’m thankful we found this place!

Dr. Sokitch is a unique, exceptional physician. She has a genuine concern over the outcomes of her patients. Her valuable understanding of health and treatment options from both a conventional and functional perspective makes her capable of working with patients suffering from complex cases. I had a challenging, chronic health issue and her experience and breadth of understanding was vital to my recovery. I highly recommend Dr. Sokitch and the Heart to Heart Medical Center.
