Lacks compassion
Ive been seeing Dr Rana for a little over a year. She has not once made me feel comfortable. I just kept going back due to medication refills and lack of new pt appts for other doctors in my area that accept my insurance. If I ever ask any questions all she wants to do is refer to a specialist for every minor issue.I recently had an experience where I felt a lump in my neck and she told me its not there long enough to ultrasound and not to stress. I told her that I will stress regardless and Id like to do the ultrasound and she told me thats not appropriate treatment. I get it may be overly cautious but Id never consider being cautious “not appropriate”. I have not once left her office happy. Would definitely not recommend and will be looking for a new doctor asap

Those of us experienced with the mill of the American health care system easily recognise the best doctors. For the past four years, I have coveted highly the matchless care that Dr. Shital Rana consistently provides. Dr. Rana fuses her inherent warmth with careful attention to details, resulting in an ability to see each patient so individually while holding them with dignity and respect. This has characterised my every experience with Dr. Rana, and I have observed same in her interactions
