Go elsewhere. Even the ER is better. No help.
Dr Desai and his office staff seem to be nice people, however there is no warmth or personality. If you are looking for a blood test or a flu shot. I think they can handle that, but taking an interest in you as a person and looking at the whole medical picture of you. Not the place. My husband was in an accident and had a primary care appointment after. The doctor told him he didn't come there for him to look at his emergency room records, he needed to go somewhere else. No doc note, didn't want to take blood, referencing bloodwork from a year ago. Go elsewhere.
