Surgery was flawless! Didn’t even need a pain pill. Fully healed and ready to get my life back pain free

I visited Dr. Upadhyaya for lower back pain. He took some X-rays and didn't really see any major problems. He said I needed to strengthen my core and set me up for physical therapy. I went for PT a couple times a week for a couple months and continue to do exercises at home that I was taught. I feel like Dr. Upadhyaya saved my life. I am so much stronger now and have little to no back pain. I would highly recommend him to anyone in the same position as myself.

Dr. Upadhyaya is just the best - friendly, concise , informative - between my doctors in Delaware and Stuart, he’s easily in the top two, and it’s close…I’ll need surgery sometime down the road, and when I go for it, I’ll be going to Dr. U.

Dr. Upadhyaya was fine - but the office practice was a mill - 1 month wait to get a return appointment. Asked for a telehealth 2 minute phone consult about my meds and was told by an officious staff member that 'we require a return appointment.' Who would wait 1 month for a return appointment. Not acceptable.

Best medical practice I have been too . Everyone worked efficiently and were happy . I actually was seen on time . It was a shocker . Most medical practices continually run behind schedule. Everyone was super pleasant and loved the doctor . Only thing I missed was asking them if they could recommend a primary care physician in the area . I am so glad I chose to put down roots at this practice.

I had been suffering low back pain and sciatica down my leg into my foot. Dr upadhyaya addressed all my concerns explaining in detail. He was compassionate and thorough. I would absolutely recommend him!

5 stars for Dr. Upadhyaya, 1 star for office staff.After much research I finally found a great orthopaedist. Great manner, great advice and conservative in his approach which I like and he didn't rush the appointment which is so common these days. However, I tried 3 times to get a badly needed (I was in great pain) second appointment with no success. Each time I had to leave a phone message and detailed what I wanted. I never received any response whatsoever. I also recommended Dr. Upadhyaya to a friend who had they same problem. Now I guess my friend and I have to find a new doc. Very disappointing to say the least.
