Had an appointment to discuss a current issue with this doctor and all she did was read my results from the computer and tell me where I should go for care. A doctor’s job is not a sitting job, nor a computer job. If a doctor doesn’t like his/her job. Then find something else to do because the patients will ultimately suffer because of the lack of concern!

Dr. Nayak did not ask me any clarifying questions about my pain, ask to see my ultrasound results to review the cyst recently found on my ovary, nor did she dig into my severe, rapid hair loss. She told me I am experiencing menstrual cramps and should change my birth control method without inquiring about past birth control history or menstrual cycle history. When I communicated fear about my fertility, she told me not to worry- the hospital has a department for that if I need it.
