I love Dr. Patel's personality and her staff is outstanding. Compared to any other office they have been the best because she listens. I will be bring my children and parents to her as well. Short wait times!

Though Dr. Patel is fine and her nurse is sweet, my experience with her front office staff is the tipping point for me. Every single time I’ve had to call up there for prescription or insurance issues, I’ve been met with unprofessional, rude responses. I’ve been answered with heavy sighs and frustrated toned responses like “Well, that’s not gonna get done today because we have clinicals” and insults about my insurance company. I can’t control them so being frustrated with me isn’t helpful to anyone. I can find another doctor with a more friendly, welcoming bedside manner and a more professional, helpful staff right down the road at any of the hospital medical buildings. I never write reviews, but felt I needed to after my experiences with this office.

I’ve been with Dr. Patel for almost a year. She’s very thorough, inquisitive, and explains options well. I really appreciate that she is not quick to push a medication for things I’m trying to treat naturally but she will make the options known so we can make an informed decision together. Her nursing staff has always been helpful with appointments and medical records.

She is the best doctor I’ve ever had. She’s very thorough and understanding. I’ve never felt rushed or waited longer than a few minutes.

This doctor took less than 5 minutes with me when I went for my annual exam. She did not bother to read my medical files and did not bother to answer my questions before she bolted out of the room. She did not even recommend mammogram for my annual exam!

I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr. Patel. There was never any point during my appointment when I wondered if she was listening to me. There are two points that are very important to me in a doctor: a pleasing personality and competency. Dr. Patel explains herself very clearly.
