Dr. Shruti Mishra, MD

I came in for a covid test. I was 7 mins. late for my appointment, I had to drive 18 miles from Scottsdale Hospital to Cigna. I sat 14mins. waiting to be called. I was then told that I had to reschedule for lateness. I have been going to Cigna for years when Dr Steven Sardo was at Cigna & never ran into a Doctor who didn't listen to reason. I use a cane for balance because of a recent accident. The less driving the better for me. I may be naïve to think that doctors should have compassion & empathy. This one certainly had neither. So to anyone who sees Shruti Mishra be aware that you must not be 7 mins. late for your appointment, you will be turned away. The doctor's office has to be accommodating to a reasonable extent due to circumstances like traffic, especially if the patient is sick or exhibiting symptoms. If you have an appt with this doctor & they leave you waiting in the examination room, should you not time them for how long they make you wait in the front or back rooms??
