Dr. Shruti Pandiri, MD

The office management at Dr. Pandiri's office is disappointing. I called to have a prescription refilled, but after a week of waiting, the prescription still hadn’t reached my pharmacy. I had one visit with Dr. Pandiri to establish a treatment plan that included prescribing GLP-1 receptor agonists. It was crucial for me to be on this medication for at least a month to establish a baseline for my sugar levels. My expectation is that prescription requests are addressed promptly unless the doctor objects. I will not return for treatment.

My experience with this doctor was horrible. She came across to me as very careless. She really didn't want to do her job. She really wasn't interested in figuring out any solution to my condition she really didn't want anything to do with my condition. I wouldn't recommend this doctor to anyone I don't know how she even got her license in becoming a doctor. So inhumane.

I would highly recommend Dr Pandiri she is a kind caring person who spends a lot of time explaining thoroughly about medications and options. I've been a patient for over a year. Also when calling office I spoke to Alina who was very helpful and nice! I feel very lucky to have found such a great group.

Dr. Pandiri is amazing. She was thorough in her checkup, spoke to me about my options, responded to all my questions, and took her time with me. At no time did I feel rushed. She is kind, compassionate, and I wish all my caregivers treated me this way. 5 stars is too low of a rating for her!

Doctors office is incompetent and has no follow up. They do not care about the health of their clients. They sent the wrong prescription twice after I called and said that it was incorrect, took a couple of calls for them to even resend the prescription. They also rescheduled my appointment twice and made it impossible to reschedule.
