2 minutes agoNEWI am extremely unsatisfied with Dr. Malik. Her bedside manner was poor, however after being discharged she has neglected to follow up on a prior authorization. Once I was formally discharged she gave me strict instructions including taking a medication that will heal my ailment and allow me to have an urgent surgery. My insurance company requires a prior authorization for the medication she prescribed and unless I refinance my house I cannot afford this without insurance coverage. MY INSURANCE COMPANY, MY PHARMACY, AND MYSELF have all reached out multiple times and it has been over a week and I have no feedback, no medication, nothing. I am in pain if I eat anything so everyday is a choice to either not eat or eat and feel ill for hours. This doctor had to simply make a phone call and has yet to do so. AVOID her at all costs as she is negligent, irresponsible, and costing me in all aspects of life.
