Nice doctor, very helpful.
I'm new to One Medical, and scheduled my first appointment with Dr. Dhar for the day after I signed up. In the visit, Dr. Dhar was wonderful, very friendly, asked good questions about a couple of conditions, and we had a very informative discussion about the pluses and minuses of cancer screening. She ordered my labs, which were done on-site before I left - the lab technician was very helpful and friendly. Afterward, action items showed up in the app under my phone's Android notifications. I'm supposed to let her know in the app about one condition after two weeks, with a simple multiple-choice click box and optional text entry. And a specialist referral showed up with the address and clickable phone number to make the appointment - and suggested due date.

She is one of the kindest and friendliest Drs I have come across. I am extremely comfortable sharing all my health concerns with her. Unlike my previous Drs she listens. Grateful to have her as my primary care.

She does not deserve 1 star, wish I could give her 0 star. She dismissed my concern, gaslighting my symptoms and delayed my treatment by 6 months. Someone should audit her practice. She is always "out of office" and next appointment time is 3 months away.

Dr. Dhar is thoughtful, kind, and knowledgeable. I appreciate that she stays on schedule (important when taking time out of a normal work day for a visit!) without making me feeling rushed.

Dr. Dhar did not pay attention to the symptoms I was explaining to her. She had a lack of humanity and never paid attention to my symptoms.
