Removed Cataracts and placed Stints in eyes due to Glaucoma. Dr Chang and all staff are very professional and I highly recommend their services

Fortunate in Dr.Chang's care
I had the good fortune of meeting Dr. Chang, when he was practicing with an Eye Specialist Group in Hawaii. Dr.Chang was the only one of the group, who took the time to explain problems relating to my eyes. Everyone else made me feel like I was on a conveyor belt. Dr. Chang actually cared about me and the Glaucoma and Cataract problem I was experiencing.

Integrity of Dr Chang
Dr Chang spent a lot of time with me exploring reasons for my double vision. After two appointments I never felt rushed or insignificant. He was judicious in telling me my cataracts were not ready for removal which speaks volumes to his integrity. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family if searching for help with cataracts or conditions related to such. Sincere thanks to this practice. BTW, I was beyond reassured when I saw a portrait of Jesus assisting in the surgery of the eye… He is the great healer.

Building offices easily accessible with ample & Safe parking, esthetically clean inside and outside office building. Minimal waiting for appointments Pre & Post Op Surgeries.
