Rude. Dismissive. Didn't review my extensive history; mentioned my last lab showed I did not have my chronic condition diagnosed by an endocrinologist. Claims chronic pain is "never gynecological". Invited me to seek a second opinion, as it "won't hurt his feelings." Switched offices after being there 12 yrs (with other MD). Do not recommend.

Visiting from out of town and needed a gynecologist. Dr. Semrod was so kind and professional. His staff was able to get me on the schedule very soon and I am most grateful.

I had Dr. Semrad with all four of my pregnancies. He was an amazing doctor who cares about his patients. When I had a miscarriage he watched me like a hawk to make sure my next two went smoothly. Even when I went over my due date; he won’t let me go a week late. I would recommend him. I miss him as my OB/GYN. Thank you Dr. Semrad for taking care of me and my kids.

He was condescending, caused an extremely traumatic birth experience with my first son, when I was barely 18. I still have nightmares about that night 3 years later. I hope Dr. Semrad remembers who I am, and every other woman who was traumatized by his treatment.

Dr. Semrad was my doctor through all five of my deliveries. I wouldn't have gone to anyone else. He always listened to my concerns and took great care of me. He's a great doctor.

Dr. Semrad is rude, condicending, and completely dismissive of patient concerns. When explaining how he would be conducting a laparascopic surgery he used terms like "we're gunna cut a little hole in your tummy." I felt this was really unprofessional. During my post surgery, he popped in for less than a minute and I tried asking him questions, and he completely dismissed me and said I wouldn't remember anyway.

I cannot recommend him enough. I was in a tough situation and had to have a total hysterectomy about 4 yrs ago. I was on AHCCCS at the time and was never treated like anything but a human being by him or his staff. They were all so compassionate, knowledgeable, and great bedside manner. I felt completely comfortable to ask questions, voice my concerns and have a discussion with him about my options. I cannot say enough about my positive experience!

While preforming a robotic assisted hysterectomy Dr Semrad accidently placed a stitch in my bladder which resulted in a vesico vaginal fistula requiring a different surgery. He still to this day has not acknowledged my pain and suffering.
