The doctor was great. HOWEVER, her billing office...EXPRESS ANESTHESIA CONSULTANTS PC....and MONOX BILLING SERVICES...are TOTALLY HORRIBLE. I had my surgery in July. All of my doctors were paid months ago by my insurance, with the exception of this one. They have been sending me statements, and I have been calling REGULARLY...I keep telling them that they are billing the WRONG insurance, which (of course) keeps getting denied. Most recent was the rudest yet...Arlene Memije, truly awful attitude
