Patient and thorough. He took time to explain the glycemic index to me drew diagram of how my blood sugar was performing and how it should be. No Dr ever explained this to me before. I appreciated his service very much.

My daughter started seeing this doctor in 2022. She has an autoimmune disease and is severely anemic. She was put through testing and was told by this doctor that he did not think that her sickness was autoimmune but that it could be cancer and that further testing was needed. A care plan was started in May but was not followed through as the doctor stopped communicating and you could not get anyone to answer phones at his office since August/September 2022. That was before Hurricane Ian. After the hurricane NOTHING! Office Closed! We searched online and the number we found sent us to the Millennium Physician Group. We called them and were informed that all of her records were sent there by Dr Grinshteyn's office but that he now practices in Ft Myers and sees only Medicare patients. Oh, and she cannot have or see those records! WHAT!? Something is not right here!

Dr Grinshteyn was our family dr for over a year. He also talked me into having him manage my mothers type 1 diabetes instead of getting an endocrinologist. All was well until the hurricane. He had to switch offices and went to Millineum. Our first visit at the new office we were told he quit and moved to Fort Myers and is only seeing Medicare patirnts. His partner told us his moved was planned for quite some time. He up and quit without sending any referrals or giving patients any notice. How unprofessional! Now the new office refuses to send out any referrals or medical records so we are hanging in limbo and paying out of pocket for my mothers life saving meds. No one at Millineum cares and aparantly neither does Dr G. Very sad and frustrating

I went first time, with a bleeding Brest Tumor, Dr told me, he will get back to me in few days. It has been 40 days. I have called them at least 10 times, no one answers or return my call’s. I am disgusted with Shore Point, Port Charlotte group. I am 72 years old, never before experienced such insensitive, unprofessional organization.

Had an appt. scheduled for 11:00 AM. Needed a release to have MRI. Wife and I flew from North Carolina to Fla ( $1,800+)to see Dr. Frankgrenshsten.The document I had received previously suggested I arrive 20 minutes early to handle paperwork. The day before my flight I receive a text message saying "see you at 11AM on 3/28 at Shorepoint Health"Wrong location. Further down same text it says " arrive at least 15 minutes early" 10:45. I did.At 10:30 I show up at Shorpoint Health and am informed that the correct location is a couple of miles away. No problem. Called to let them know I would be there in a couple minutes about 20 to 11:00. At this point they inform me that they had canceled my appt. in line with policy of canceling appointments 30 minutes prior to appt. Lol. I now explain exactly what has transpired. Explain that I will need to cancel my MRI and my appt with surgeon and fly back home. All I need is 5 or 10 minutes with him or his nurse. She said make appt for next month.

Great medical office wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. Dr Simon Grinshteyn is incredible. Not only has he taken great care of both my health Anna Muratova and my husband Vitali Muratov, but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor that’s combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person with outstanding quality of medical care. And great diagnostic approach. we just moved to Florida and searched for a Primary Care physician for my husband. Dr. Grinshteyn was very thorough and personable. My husband was very happy with his visit and he will definitely follow up with him in the future.

Very thorough and attentive. He really cares about his patients. Especially recommend for patients with complex diagnoses. Very knowledgeable with autoimmune disorders as well.
