Dr. Simon Wu, MD

I experienced extremely long waiting times regardless of my appointment time. I waited 45 minutes just to get seen by a few other employees. Honestly felt as though i was in a factory being pushed down the line without regard for people. Upon arrival the receptionists did not greet anyone and only gave eye contact as i announced that i was here for my appointment. There were barely any seats available. The receptionist took my copay and i asked specifically if i was going to be given only the same tests that i received last year as it was requested by my other doctor. I immediately received attitute telling me that the doctor was going to give you what he thinks you need. I was there for an hour and 30 minutes not getting to be seen before having to leave to pick up my children from school. The complete disregard for time was unimaginable. There were many rude staff members. I will unfortunately not be returning. Dr Wu is a very good doctor but his staff makes it not worth coming back.

i was skeptical and anxious about having the cataract removal in the right eye. This has been the best decision of my life. I am very pleased.

Would highly recommend. Office is clean and staff is efficient. Doctor is friendly and professional. There is wait but it is worth it. (Not sure why people feel there shouldn't be a wait when seeing a doctor - after all they are human and must attend to other patients, so this all takes time. I would be wary of going to a doctor where I am the only patient in the waiting room! Just my 0.02)

Excellent staff and doctor!

staff and managers were very rude, unprofessional, and inexperienced. Secretary was yelling at me asking what my deductible was even though they told me I was in network and there I should only pay a co-pay. On top of that, despite fact appointment was at 9am, the doctor was apparently not in by 945am. Unfortunately cannot say anything against Dr Wu since i never got to meet him but would strongly advise not going because of the unprofessional nature of their office staff.
