Patient beware
This doctor treated me more like my diagnosis than a human being. There are other docs who provide the same treatment with a better bedside manner. Lacks warmth and empathy. Move on . . .

Poor staff
My ear is numb 2 weeks post op and I can not get anyone to call me back. They just transfer me all over the system. Not able to talk to anyone. Healthcare has gone to the wayside. It is all about lining the doctors pockets and the patient plays second fiddle. The Dr himself was great, but the experience was terrible.

Dr. Yoo removed two cysts from my back. His team is great - highly knowledgeable, efficient, informative, caring, compassionate and fun. What more could you want in a dermatological surgical team? Nothing in my opinion.

I would NOT recommend seeing Dr. Yoo. I was recommended by 2 different to go and have a spot on the bottom of my foot removed. I have a history of melanoma in my family and Dr. Yoo would NOT do the procedure when I had taken off a day of work along with my boyfriend. I was in and out of his office in less than 5 minutes and was forced to pay 40 dollars. I have been fighting with NW medicine over that charge for over a year. Be prepared to be called liars if you dispute, I would go far away

Went to Dr. Loo for Mohrs surgery. He is abrupt, not personable at all. After the surgery he immediately left the room without another word. Never saw him when I went for a follow up appt. Surgery went okay but scar was more than I expected. I would not return.

My doctor referred me to Dr Yoo for mohs surgery. The procedure was a success and Dr Yoo made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and professionalism. His nurse was wonderful that was there for the procedure. I went back for a follow up and had a different nurse who was just as compassionate as the first. I would recommend Dr Yoo to anyone.

Great bedside manner! Made me feel at ease the entire time, very personable! The entire staff was pretty great. I would have to agree with previous comments that I really didn't know what to expect when coming in, however I was quickly informed what was going to happen and I left well informed and prepared for the aftercare.

He wasn't very friendly and when the appointment was made over the phone, we didn't get the detailed information we should have about the procedure we were looking in to. He wanted $200 for a 2 minute consultation. Left the room without saying goodbye/have a nice day or anything. Terrible personality for being a doctor who is supposed to help make people feel better. I will never return and would never recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Yoo is an expert in his field. He knows what needs to be done and the best way to do it. The first doctor I had hacked out a skin lesion for testing like a butcher. Dr. Yoo was referred for the follow up and knew exactly how to do the incision to minimize the scar. He's the perfect mix of a dermatologist and a cosmetic surgeon. I highly recommend him.
