Dr. Simone West and Andrea are incredibly helpful, down to earth, and informative Professionals. I truly appreciate the level of detail and care provided. Also, their follow up on my visit was appreciated. It has been years since I have found an OBGYN practice that I can trust and feel comfortable with from patient visit to after care. Thank you for doing what you do everyday for women & our health.

Dr. West is very informative and listens well to concerns of patients. I am so blessed and honored to have Dr. West as my doctor for matters concerning women health . Thank you Dr. West for making my dream become reality, now I can call myself a boy mum after numerous miscarriages. Your service was one of a kind and I am forever grateful. Dr. West is a great doctor. She listens and is attentive to your concerns and needs. The staff is great. I changed insurance providers just to keep her as my doctor.

The wait time was excellent. Dr West is always so mindful of wait time. She never rushes when she’s in the room and is an amazing provider. She delivered 3 out of 4 of my babies and provided such confidence and really guided me during my high risk twin pregnancy. She’s the best and I will always love her for what she did for my family!

Efficient staff. Dr. West is bright, personable, kind, and generous with her time and advice. She asks lots of questions and actually listens to the responses - and cares. She provides educational material and referals as appropriate. Highly recommend her.

I absolutely love Dr. Simone west! She is kind, dedicated, and patient focused. She has such a sweet and warm presence. I feel as if , she want my doctor, we'd be good friends. She takes her time and explains everything that is going on. The office staff at the pembroke pines office is also phenomenal. I would recommend her to everyone.

Dr. West is very knowledgeable, personable, and an overall a breath of fresh air. She takes time to listen to her patients concerns and answers any questions that are asked. Her bedside manner is top tier! Dr. West provided emotional support to relieve my fear and anxiety. I strongly recommend her if you're looking for a Physician that has respect for the patient's values, preferences, and expressed needs.

I have been a patient for over 5 years and she has never disappointed me. I travel almost an hour just to see her. Wouldn’t trade her for anything!

Knowledgeable and considerate

I've been going to Dr. West for my yearly check-up since I moved to Florida a few years ago. She is extremely professional, always takes the time to answer any and every question I may have, and always explains the procedure (even though I've had it done in the previous year lol). Scheduling appointments is super easy, and the waiting time is very reasonable (if there's any).

After waiting weeks for this appointment, I felt like she didn’t listen to my issue at all. I had internal pain where my c section is and all she could tell me was that dermatology can help me because they have and I quote “cool gadgets” that can help my scar. My issue wasn’t my scarring. My issue was the internal pain that I had been dealing with for the past 3 weeks while waiting for this waste of time appointment. She was dismissive, didn’t listen to me AT ALL & I felt completely rushed. I have never felt so unseen by a “doctor”

Very attentive and gave me the information I needed and her attention to any questions I had.

Disregarded my complaint & did not take the time to physically assess me during a critical time. Once highly recommended but will no longer recommend.

I was referred to the office by a friend , I asked for a woman OBGYN and I am so happy I ended up with Dr West. She is kind, easy to talk to and makes me feel comfortable. Everyone in the all the offices are very nice. I referred her to a friend and she was her obstetrician for her first baby !

Doctor was not helpful. She did not help me with my questions about whether my baby moved. Doctor should know how to tell where a baby is in the womb and how it is positioned. She just scared me more and made me more nervous. Very rude as well.

Dr. West is always pleasant and has great bedside manners. She takes her time to address any and all concerns. Highly recommendable!!
