Dr. Sarsam is a friendly and courteous Person. He answers all my questions and explained all the details , proceduresand test to be done on my health problem . Excellent, knowledgeable and awesome on his Profession.I highly recommend him for anyoneseeking for an excellent InterventionalistCardiologist .

I called Dr Sarsam’s office today 22 December 2023 and Joanna answered the phone telling me “Please hold” and I answered “okay and thank you. I was on hold for 10 minutes after she picked up the phone asking me my date of birth and my name and what I need. I told her that I want to find out if my health record copy that I have requested a week before is ready for pick up. She then told me she will connect me to the person who helped me last week. I was on hold for 18 minutes before Joanna picked up the phone telling me that the health record is ready for pick up. I told her that putting me on hold for a total of 28 minutes is unacceptable. She stated that the person who helped me was helping 2 patients. Wow! She could have asked my call back number if they are in fact that busy and call me rather than putting me on hold for 28 minutes. I will elevate this issue to Dr Sarsam hoping that he will make action regarding this.

I just went for my second appointment with Dr. Sarsam on Friday the third of March. My first appointment was for baseline readings. At Friday’s appointment, Dr Sarsam found I had tachycardia along with my known AFIB. He recommended immediate treatment, but I didn’t want to go to an ER until the next day. I should have gone on the day he told me to go. I’m not used to the cardiologist actually caring. After nine hours in ER and being admitted for the night in the hospital, I feel better than I have in years. My previous cardiologist. Just blew off anything like this. I highly recommend Dr Sarsam.

I saw Dr Sarsam at Loma Linda, he was caring and spent his time with me explaining my problem and answered all my questions. I was fortunate to have this doctor take care of my heart.

I had the misfortune of finding myself being “treated” by this doctor after being admitted to Temecula Valley Hospital. He saw me for less than 10 minutes, did no tests, offered no follow up care, other than saying I should have an echocardiogram. I agreed that I should have an echocardiogram and asked him to facilitate one while I was in the Hospital. He said “I’m not in charge of that.” He did however manage to make up a diagnosis and bill me $450 for a "70 minute consultation." After literally 10 minutes of doing nothing and openly refusing to facilitate follow up care. Nice.

I was scared to hear bad news about my heart condition. Dr. Sarsam was welcoming and made me feel that nothing serious was going on and he treated me with respect. I recommend him to everyone.
