DR, Simsir replaced my aorta valve, the DR, and his team are top notch in my view. Couldn't be happier with the out come. Thank God there are doctors skilled and willing to take the chance to do heart surgery. 6 months later I feel great. Thanks to DR Simsir and DR. Zachariah, and the heart staff at Riverside.

My mother went in for what was supposed to have been a simple heart procedure explained by Simsir. The surgery was done at Condell Hospital in Libertyville, September of 2015. Long story short, after her surgery there were major complications, my mother ended up ICU in critical condition, with a tracheotomy in her throat, hooked up to many tubes in her body, she also caught many infections. Our family wanted to follow up with Dr Simsir to get answers on my mother’s condition. Simsir was nowhere to be found. After doing a botched surgery, he fled the scene, leaving his colleagues to attempt to correct the damages he had done. He gave the orders to have her released to rehab while she was still i grave critical condition. After suffering for 8 months, and her organs shutting down, we buried our mother in May of 2016. I beg everyone to avoid this Dr. He lacks professionalism, transparency and empathy. He is extremely arrogant with a deplorable bedside manner. AVOID THIS DOCTOR!

He talked me into how he was so smart from Duke and did so many bypasses. Well I was ok going in and came out with Heart Failure. No one cares including Simsir as I am sure he is off spending 5 min before a procedure convincing someone else how smart he is !
