To start of sindu KEEPT DENYING REFERAL TO SPEECH THERAPIST TO MY SON HAVE IN MIND SHES SEEN HIM SINCE HE WAS MONTHS OLD , I kept telling her my concerns of his speech he was going be 2 and only said mom or dad. she basically tried to tell me my son was just BABIED that I needed to be stronger with him !!! I was speechless . Then he suffered from really bad excema and had allergies I had to go to Tijuana to tell her what he had so she can refer him here with specialist also !! And what made me already over everything the referral coordinator Cynthia is never in doesn’t send the correct referrals ! I went in APRIL my children needed to see a specialist and I called May June July !!!!! Finally she sends it out and I get a call for tonsil removal ???? When they had there tonsils removed a year ago I called ,front staff are rude ! And Dr van calls me saying I need a new apt to get the referral ???! I got Over them they rush you they don’t answer questions ! Enough was enough !

Dr Pillai has been our pediatrician for over seventeen years, we love her! She always explains everything and takes her time to make sure we understand. She is available 24 hours a day! Love love love her! I can't say enough good things because she has helped our family so much over the years. She goes over and above what a Doctor should do because she truly cares . If I could give 0 stars I would. She always seems to be in a rush. She comes in for like 2 minutes and walks out, meanwhile she makes you make 30+ minutes to see her! No happy with her and her staff at all. Changing pediatricians ASAP!
