He denied me care for being 10 minutes late. I went to Dr. Abraham for a few years and I honestly really liked him a lot. I moved from Illinois to St. Louis County and continued going to him despite the 50 minute drive. We’re around the same age and I always got along well with him, I had no intention of changing care providers. Then I was 10 minutes late to a yearly check up appointment on a rainy Monday morning. My 50 minute drive turned into over an hour and because of a 10 minute late policy(that I didn’t know about) I was turned away and told his next available appointment was in 6 months. I asked the front desk if they could ask him if he’d consider seeing me despite my being 10 minutes late. They went back and asked him, to which he told me “no”. Then the front desk rudely turned me away. I asked if I was 9 minutes late rather than 10 minutes could I have been seen? To which the front desk told me at 9 minutes they could have processed me. I expect more from a doctor.

Not satisfied
Every visit wait times has been past an hour which conflicts with my schedule. Staff is really friendly gladly. But that doesn’t make up for the lack of punctuality. I hope that part can improve for future patients.
