Siva Ayyar denied the request for medical equipment I needed after sustaining a severe work injury. Fortunately, peer review found this denial to be inappropriate. Their license to practice medicine should be revoked -- they work for corporate profits, not for healthcare.

In my opinion: I was found disabled by the state, 2 doctors and the federal government (disability) after a heart attack and multiple other health problems. However Dr. Ayyar’s report for Aetna found me fit for work.

In Connecticut to workers comp. Stated that the back brace that my Dr. prescribed, was not necessary, even after stating that he had never made any contact with my Dr. or myself. Then stated that I didn't meet requirements for a rental tens/ems unit, when "rental" was nowhere in the prescription. Yet even after stating this it was denied due to the lack of the namesake "ems", when it was clearly marked in the so called "rental" request.
