Worst care from a healthcare provider. Been waiting 3 weeks for a new script and he can't stop long enough to write a script that my plan covers

Dr. Balachandran is fabulous! He is extremely bright & very attentive to details. Personally I've never seen a physician give my father such a thorough exam. I appreciate his willingness to work with other specialty physicians in regards to my fathers' care. Dr. Balachandran & Lila, his nurse, were always helpful to fit my father in if he needed to be seen outside his regular appoints Dr. Balachandran also always checked up on (in person) and followed my fathers' care when he was hospitalized.

My mother says the doctors are ok but that staff gots to go. Lori the clinical manager is never there on time, that's why she never knows whats going on with her staff because she NEVER there. Dorothy the clinical nurse they should have fired her a long time ago, she doesn't care what the staff does either to the patients, my mother told me that the nurse will set her UF rate on one thing but then takes her sweet time coming back over there to turn it down. Stacy or Angie isnt good either.
