Best Doctor
The best there is. He always has time to listen, explain and provide the medical treatment you need. If I have to be admitted to the hospital, I see him not some flake I’ve never seen before.

Dr. K's was initially good, but he soon quickly started to pressure me to come in for repeated visits. During one general checkup visit for test results, I asked him if he would look at an ingrown toenail. He told me I would have to book another appointment if I wanted that looked at that. However, the most troubling thing is that recently they have changed their policy for prescription refills. They updated their system recently, which "mysteriously" also resulted in several of my prescriptions getting messed up with Humana. Also, rather conveniently timed, now they are now refusing to call in one of the prescriptions. In the middle of a global pandemic, his office is now telling me I have to schedule appointments every 90 days in order to get prescriptions. They told me I would have to book ANOTHER visit if I wanted that prescription called in, even though I had just had a visit about a month ago. The very same prescriptions his own office would call in with 3 or 4 90 day refil

I was told that Dr. Kotikalapudi would remove a fatty deposit from my side. I drove a very long distance for him to tell me what it was. I already knew what it was. I needed it removed like I was told he would do. That trip was costly and time consuming for absolutely nothing. If a man says he’ll do something, then he should follow through and do it. This doctor is not a man of his word. If his word can’t be trusted, his work definitely can’t be trusted. What ever happened to the doctors that wanted to help patients instead of chasing the insurance dollars. My recommendation to others is to find a different doctor before seeing this doctor.

I struggled with high blood pressure for 14 years. Dr. K diagnosed my condition within a few short months. I now take no medications and am symptom free. I can't thank Dr. K enough.

I called Dr. Kotikalapudi's office to set up an appointment to get a referral to a specialist. The receptionist/secretary was nice took all information and said someone would get back to me after lunch. No one ever got back and I moved on but I think this shows a real deficit in the bedside manner area.
