Incredibly demeaning, disrespectful bedside manner
The physician had a demeaning, disrespectful and even semi-aggressive approach to patient care. I've worked in healthcare for years so while I've encountered my share of intense providers this one was incredulous. She was dismissive and minimizing. She works with some great, caring doctors in the office so unsure how she gets away with being as disrespectful as she is to others. I will not go to her again and neither will family. (She is the medical director there.) I understand healthcare can be demanding but if one does not want to treat the patients with care and concern than one should probably not providing direct patient care. (For reference, she pushed an instrument very hard into my ears. When she asked me what was wrong, and I briefly said why I was there she briskly (and basically) told me to stop talking. She also minimized a chronic condition, and part of the reason why I was there was for an intense flare up of the condition.) I do not recommend going to this physician.
