Poor health care services njeri
Been sitting for over 3 hrs yet some people are just walking in getting services while I watch. It’s a shame that I have to sit here for close to 4hrs just to have a prescription for Bhcg test. They have lab services but getting to this doctor is like milking a bull. The staff are terrible they don’t care about patients of color. So much racism in this place yet the staff are colored too.

Dr owusu is great but their staff they just keep you waiting and waiting they dont follows the order sheet which patient whos going first which is unfair for those who came early.

5-stars from my experience with the doc himself. I'd give 4 stars for the way admin staff took care of me. And 3 stars for the blood work experience! The lady who did my blood work was quick to get the samples, which I do appreciate. However, she didn't bother wearing any gloves. Also, the equipment used was sitting in the close vicinity of some urine samples which made me rather uncomfortable. Hopefully, I'll survive the needle ;-) but this may be improved upon for the obvious sanitary reasons.
