VERY POOR customer relations…….
I have tried the Cleveland Clinic, in Weston, FL. MY daughter who is a Nurse Practitioner selected this clinic for its high ratings and service. Although, the clinic main location may have this positive rating, the one in Weston does not, in my opinion. The DO, Sonal Jadeja, met with me to help with a liver disorder. Was a very brief encounter and she scheduled blood Work and a Fibroscan. In her haste, she scheduled the Fibroscan for the location in Cleveland Ohio…… since then I have tried my times (6) to get this corrected. The personal seem very unconcerned and say they will correct and get back with me….. NOT once have they done so…. Seems like this department is run by lazy or incompetent personal….. YOU are just a number to them…. MY advice for seniors is find a clinic that really cares about your health….
