Unprofessional and unreliable. Stay away!!
After we flew our daughter home from college, she took off classes, we took off work, she first calls office to say traffic on parkway and running late. Then, total no show. The office said she does this all the time. Our daughter has anxiety and this unprofessional oral surgeon made it so much worse. Will be reporting to dental board.

Dr. Francioni has no "bedside manner" as my dental assistant warned me when I visited my dentist before the extraction. So, I was prepared. But not for little to no communication about the goals, progress, or followup. When the extraction was done, she simply walked out of the room. "Am I done?" I asked an assistant walking by after a few minutes. "Yes, you can leave" the assistant said. Worse, I needed a follow-up visit because my dentist noticed a bone sticking out of the extraction site. Dr. Francioni took no responsibility for it and blamed it on my "wandering tongue". Seriously? I debated long about whether to leave this review, because she did give me lots of novocaine for the pain, but felt it was important to warn others.

Dr. Francioni was hands down the best! I was a little nervous before they put me to sleep the assistants and dr both calmed me down and held my hand to make me feel as comfortable as ever. She was super sweet and checked up on me right after my surgery.

Hands down the worst doctor I have ever seen. And don’t be fooled by the 4-5 star reviews, she asked me to leave her a good review. She spends minimal time assessing and consulting with you, gives you pamphlets instead of directions pre and post op, doesn’t give you the supplies you need like a syringe, has a cold demeanor, and blames you when something goes wrong. After calling the department to ask questions she didn’t answer, she called me back and proceeded to berate me. Stay away.

Omg. She was the best surgeon I’ve ever seen. She cared about her patients. Her and her assistant were asking during the procedure how do u feel, u okay, does it hurt. They were the nicest surgeons ever! They made me feel so much calmer. They made me feel nice and relaxed the whole entire time. They did a magnificent job. I would always recommend dr. Sonia E. Francioni.

Dr Francioni is just incredible. She really cares about her patients and gives you the straight story. She helped my daughter move forward with a necessary triple jaw break when her orthodontist said she needed some teeth pulled to resolve jaw deformity. Thank God we saw her otherwise, my daughter would have four less teeth and her mouth would have been a mess. Thank you!

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted by Dr. Francioni and when I tell you I was VERY impressed!! She was the best I've ever seen. She's very knowledgeable and definitely knows her job!! I would recommend her to anyone looking for an AWESOME dental surgeon and she's so efficient. My daughter never experienced any swelling after 4 wisdom teeth being extracted. We love her!

I made an appointment with Dr. Francioni over a month ago. I am a college student and had to fly in specifically for this appointment. I flew home for the surgery and tried to contact Dr. Francioni and could not reach her. Less than 24 hours before my surgery I finally reached her colleague that said she was not able to preform the surgery due to personal reasons. This was particularly upsetting because I allowed her to pice the date and time that was best for her, it appears she is on vacation.

Dr. Francioni was very knowledgeable and confident. She can seem a bit indifferent or cold but not offensive. The assistant that helped her needed to be prompted several times and I sensed her frustration and shared it as well. I am highly satisfied with Dr. Francioni and would recommend her.
