New patient
I have been there twice. I find her to be quite pleasant. She explained why she was ordering a full work up on me and the need for all the testing and labs. When results came in she called me herself to talk and did not just have staff call which I appreciated very much. Still waiting on further testing but she stated before any treatment were to begin she will have me in for all education and support. She reassured me that there are a lot of treatments available for my condition and when I expressed my concern about costs she stated I am in their care and they are a full service office and will handle all the details with whoever is necessary to get things covered. I left her office feeling pretty good and that I am in good hands.

Doesn't take time to listen to patient
I was referred to see a hematologist with Southcoast from the ER doctor. Unfortunately the 2 times I saw Dr. Seng I was not impressed. I see other doctors for my care regimen and it Dr.Seng doesn't really take the time to listen to the patient and the concerns. Her responses are always "I think..". It was a vicious circle of the same responses in both visits and I feel like I left there more confused in my care than anything. I felt rushed on my second visit with her and her cell phone on answering family is more important than the patient consult. That alone is unprofessional unless it's a family emergency but to discuss food for dinner in front of a patient? Wow. It's hard to find good care anymore and I will be going to Steward Medical Group instead.
