I have hypothyroidism which had been missed by a prior (non-Kaiser) primary MD. The minute Dr. Eng saw me she diagnosed what was wrong. Whenever I have questions or ask for different treatments, Dr. Eng always listens to me and seeks to always make me comfortable with my medical care. Dr. Eng remembers me and my family. She is one of the foremost reasons I switched to Kaiser so that I could continue to see Dr. Eng. I can email her anytime and Dr. Eng always responds so quickly.
