I needed a primary care physician and after extensive research went with Dr. Jacob. She always has time to listen to me and offer alternatives rather than just writing another prescription. I never wait more than 10 minutes for a scheduled appointment. I also have never been turned away if showing up without an appointment. I highly recommend her if you are shopping for a new doctor that focuses on patients and not billable hours.

No one likes going to the doctor, but I do not mind going to see Dr. Jacob. She is never in a rush and has always listened to anything I had to say. After going to a few of the other primary care physicians in town, I definitely prefer Dr. Jacob compared to all of the others. She actually cares about your health and will recommend multiple ways to try and handle the problem at hand.

After dealing with what seemed like an incompetent doctor and her leaving her patients high and dry, I found Dr. Jacob. I feel like she listens to my concerns and adjusts my care accordingly.
The only issue I have is not with her, it is the office and nurse staff. I have been trying to get a nurse to call me back about a medicine and no one has gotten back with me. The staff is very friendly, but seemingly no urgency in returning messages before the end of the day.

She does not care about your health. Came to her very afraid about my condition not improving and she played guessing games she even told me if I didn't like it I can find another doctor. Her office is terrible you can't get any help or responses If so they are days later. I wouldn't recommend anyone to her. Not friendly will not prescribe meds just continue ordering labs and not listening to you. Terrible doctor and staff

she is a very caring doctor , she cares about her patients . She is very easy to talk to and she is a very understanding and professional doctor . I enjoy coming to her office . Shes a very wonderful person and a great doctor and i throughly enjoy being a patient of hers. She is very understanding and she is willing to listen to her patients problems and concerns .

Dr. Jacobs is very efficient and knowledgeable. I have had several hospital stays, surgeries and was looking for a family doctor. I was blessed to find Dr. Jacobs. She is not only a excellent doctor, she is your friend and she cares for your health. I recommend anyone looking for a wonderful doctor and a doctor that truly cares, contact her office. The staff are wonderful, just like the doctor.

Dr. Jacob Is s very knowledgeable doctor. She is friendly and kind. She listens to your concerns with interest and suggest ways to solve them. I was looking for a new doctor and God blessed me with her.

I keep going in with complaints, and she seems to do nothing. Hates prescribing any medications, but will order extra lab work. I don't feel like she hears me, believes, me or maybe she doesn't care.
