Very professional and calming

Very complete with understanding and given our next move as far as care and future appointments.

I was seen right away and taken to the back to see the doctor. Not really happy with the doctor just saying I feel the way I do because I am old. But overall I am happy to be alive and able to come in.

Dr. Naga was very thorough, professional and explained everything well.

All my visits was good from start to finish I made all my appointments the staff that I had to work with were very helpful and they were very supportive and respectful I had no problem with no one coming in and out they just one of the best people I have ever met and I’m glad that I was able to get the best care all went smoothly and well done great service from all can’t complain about that.

This was mainly a follow up visit. So she reviewed my results from an earlier visit. Luckily, I am doing better. Very through doctor.

I have gone to Dr. Naga for the last several years because I am slightly anemic. She was very thorough in trying to figure out what was causing my anemia. I like that Dr. Naga listens to my concerns and provides me with her professional advice. I would recommend her to anyone.

Check In and Check out was poor. Long wait in line to check in. Only one person at desk. Check Out was worse. Taken to lobby and told to wait in line to be called up. Waiting room was very busy and very little room for a line to wait in. I waited in line and as patients came out to check out they just walk in front of you and think nothing of it. Seems when you are sent to check out you are on your own. The waiting room was so crowded they patients waiting for appointment are forced to stand in front of checkout. No help but the one person trying to check everyone out.Great Doctor, great medical personel, and great treatment, but very disappointed in the disorganization of the checkout and check in.

My PCP told me some time ago that my lab readings indicated that I was anemic. He sent me to a specialist who did more tests and told me all the readings were normal. They didn’t know why I was referred there. Then I find I was referred to VOA. Is this for anemia again? When I saw “oncology” I was worried. I went and had more tests done which I later found were much more expensive than normal labs. I was not told in advance what the cost would be. When I had my consult with the doctor she just said that some of the results were a little high. She said I would need to make another appointment. She never told me what VOA was looking for or what the results might indicate. I am still worried that I am at VOA and have no idea as to what is happening. After having my consult via phone (as set up by VOA staff) I receive a message from VOA saying that I missed my scheduled appointment so I needed to contact them. VOA set up the phone consult. You should have known that.

Does not do what they tell me she was going to do. Will not go there again

Dr. Naga and her Staff was professional, helpful and knowledgeable. Dr. Naga is thorough. They were concerned about my individual and personal needs. I would recommend DR. Naga to anyone.

Dr. Naga is a font of knowledge and over the years(10) has answered many of my questions re: my CLL treatment and the disease itself.
